Where: Judge Marquez Library, 610 N. Yarbrough
This month’s guest speakers are Sheriff Richard Wiles, Dr. Kathleen Staudt with UTEP’s Political Science Department, attorney Carlos Spector, and reporter Pedro Villagrana. This month’s guest speakers will answer questions from the community on border issues that they deal with on a regular basis.
