3.4.10: Today's Guests
Featured on today's show, Loretto Middle and High school Theatre Department students are in the studios to discuss their 2010 Spring production of the musical "The Wiz."
From Loretto: "This is a fun musical for all teenagers to perform and watch as it provides a wonderful educational backdrop for students who must learn to integrate spoken dialogue, song, music and dance into a single play, in order to stage a high quality musical show. The cast is comprised of 23 actors, bringing together female students from Loretto Academy and male students from Cathedral High School. Productions crews in lights, sound, set, costumes and props, hair and make-up, publicity and advertising and house and tickets, are made up by another 30 students, all dedicated to create a top performance show for a demanding audience."
The play will have a live band with keyboards, guitar, base, saxophone, trumpet and drums, all directed by Cody Ritchey. Performance dates:

Friday, March 5th, 7:00 p.m.
