The Odyssey Program, an eight month-long entrepreneurship program designed to teach women how to develop their own high-growth, scalable companies, is being recognized by the El Paso business community as a sign of awesome progress for the future of El Paso. The Odyssey Program will follow a rigorous and proven methodology in a supportive environment with 25 other aspiring women entrepreneurs. The program features speakers from the local business community as well as a network of program graduates. The Odyssey Program will provide the women entrepreneurs with three entrepreneurs-in-residence (EIRs). Throughout the program, these three women will serve as one-on-one mentors to help participants’ access capital, license technology, assemble an advisory board, and much more.
