Bio
Jane Carney is a Chicago-based artist whose practice relies on what can only be described as an ongoing reciprocal dialogue with figurative abstraction in both drawing and painting. Carney exhibits regionally and nationally. She has divided her time between serving as Visual Arts Chair at Loyola Academy and working in her studio in Evanston, Illinois. Her work is in collections nationally. She is a member of the National Association of Woman Artists.
