Patrick Hughes, Busker and Evanston's Biggest Fan

Patrick Hughes sings with Mike Kennedy and John Adamson at Bagel Art Cafe on Tuesday mornings 8-9 a.m. (with two other talented musicians), raising money for Evanston Community Foundation and local non-profit organizations. We talk about numerous topics to include how he took his voice on the long journey from the choir at St. A’s to crooning commuters and how he can became an advocate for people living with disabilities.

Hughes owns and operates Inclusion Solutions, an Evanston business that provides the tools to make access an option for people with disabilities. He is also a board member of Evanston Mashup, an annual networking celebration for the business community.

Quote of the Show: I feel more connected when I'm in the flow of the river, not when I'm sitting on the side. -Patrick Hughes

"The Lisa D Show" is a podcast celebrating creatives, featuring 20-minute, unedited conversations that mimic the live-radio vibe, very low tech on purpose.
